Time-Anchored Experiences

Not every experience can be pinned down to a specific place – and yet we often associate memories with spaces, colors, movements, or a particular light. Perception and memory overlap and create something unique. Slit-scan comes remarkably close to capturing this experience. Different moments in time merge into a single image. What happened sequentially becomes visible simultaneously. Thus, for me, the result is not a mere snapshot of a single moment, but rather a temporally situated experience .
