Within Germany:
– Fine art prints (unframed): usually 3–5 business days from receipt of payment
– Fine art prints framed: usually around 2 weeks from receipt of payment
Within the EU:
– Fine art prints (unframed): usually around 5 business days from receipt of payment
– Fine art prints framed: usually around 2–3 weeks from receipt of payment
Worldwide:
– Fine art prints (unframed): usually around 2 weeks from receipt of payment
– Fine art prints framed: usually around 3–5 weeks from receipt of payment
All frames are individually crafted and made to measure for each artwork. If, in exceptional cases, a work cannot be delivered within the stated time frames, we will inform you promptly by e-mail.
Shipment is made as an insured parcel via established carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx).
Goods are packaged carefully and securely for transport.
The seller bears the risk of transport. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a free replacement or refund.
Please report any externally visible transport damage to the carrier immediately and notify us without delay.
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes or fees. These are payable by the customer and are not included in the Seller’s shipping charges. Please check with your local customs authority for details before placing your order.
