Sometimes it’s not the destination that matters, but the journey itself. A path consists of fleeting impressions, movements, colors, and situations that are difficult to capture – and precisely for that reason remain in our memory.
In The Way to Montauk, this very act of being on the move becomes the subject. Slit-scan detaches the journey from its linear sequence and condenses different moments into a single pictorial space. Time no longer simply passes – it visibly lingers.
