In slit-scan photography, movement isn’t just something that happens in front of the camera. It can itself become form. What moves doesn’t merely leave a trace—the movement determines how space is created in the image. Speed, direction, and duration begin to take shape. For me, this is one of the most fascinating qualities of slit-scan photography: time becomes visible because movement takes form.
