Better Together emerged from the encounter of two artistic works. Sculptures by a friend, an artist, became the starting point for my own visual language and were transformed into a new form through slit scanning.
I am less interested in the translation of a work into another medium than in the dialogue that arises from it. The sculpture remains the starting point, but movement and time open up a second perception. Something independent emerges – and at the same time, the connection to the original work is maintained.
These and other works from “Space over Time” are available as limited edition fine art prints in selected formats in the online shop. Large formats are produced exclusively for exhibitions, galleries, and upon individual request.
