When you visit our website, data is automatically processed by our hosting provider to ensure the stability and security of the website. This data includes

This data is stored for security reasons and automatically deleted after 7 days.
This website is based on the WordPress content management system.

5. Order Processing via WooCommerce

When you order products in our store, we process your personal data (name, address, email, telephone, payment data) to process your order. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment).

We store this data for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract. In addition, there are retention obligations under tax and commercial law (regularly 10 years).

6. Payment Service Providers

To process your payment, we pass on your data to the respective payment service providers:

  • PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg)
  • Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland)
  • Klarna (Klarna Bank AB, Sweden)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (via Stripe or the respective provider)

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment). The payment service providers are independent controllers. You can find more information in the providers’ data protection notices.

7. Shipping Service Providers

For delivery, we pass on your address to the shipping service provider commissioned in each case (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

8. Storage Periods

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations. Retention obligations under tax and commercial law can be up to 10 years.
